Why should you speak out?  

·        you have a right to an educational environment that is free from harassment, intimidation and discrimination based on your Jewish ethnic or ancestral heritage if you attend a college that receives federal financial assistance 

·        your college or university has the obligation to provide that environment if it receives federal financial assistance 

·        you do not have to suffer anti-Semitism in silence; silence will not resolve the problem; bringing it out in the open may help deter future anti-Semitic incidents on your campus
